This policy explains what we collect on usefirm.ai, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are

What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We use it only to email you about access to Firm. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Optional answers you give after signing up: business type, team size, company website and what you would hand off first. We use them to decide who to onboard first. Legal basis: your consent.
- Where you came from, such as a campaign tag in the link you followed, stored with your sign-up. Legal basis: your consent, as part of the sign-up.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type). Our analytics tool uses no cookies and does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Giving us your email is voluntary, but we can't add you to the waitlist without it. We make no automated decisions about you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Who processes your data for us
- Resend (United States) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare (United States, global network) hosts the site.
- Plausible Analytics (European Union) counts visits without cookies.
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as each provider offers. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hi@usefirm.ai. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we will tell you by email first.
